The construction workers at ORIOR DEVLOPERS & INFRASTUCTURE PVT. LTD. sites, who are our key resource for any development, are looked after well and provided with all basic facilities at the site itself. The roads are all paved and the cleanliness quotient of the area is truly high. The contract for housekeeping including sanitation for the area is taken care of by an independent agency. In addition, there is a separate toilet block and washing area. Moreover, facilities like a subsidized canteen, 24-hour medical help and organization of mobile crèches to take care of the children - eight hours a day - are all part of the setup. As regards employee welfare, the company holds regular counseling sessions with trained and experienced psychiatrists on board. The employees are provided medical insurance and are regularly required to undergo health check-ups.
